Life is beautiful

　去年はこの流星群を見るために寝袋を引っ張り出して外で寝たりした私たち夫婦だが、あいにくすぐに月が出てしまい、あまりたくさんの流星を見ることができなかった。しかし、下の引用先によると今年は月もじゃまにならず、天気さえ良ければ一時間に６０個は見ることができるだろうとのこと。ピークは今週の日曜の夜。これは見る価値があるかも！

It happens every year around August 12, but is often washed out by the moon. This year should be perfect: there is not much of a moon, and Mars is just below Perseus, giving you a great target. (the meteors are all over the sky, but all seem to radiate from Perseus).
