Google Form でアンケート：iPhoneを持っていない方々に質問

Google DocsのFormを使うと簡単にブログでアンケートの集計ができそうなことに今になってやっと気がついたので、さっそく試してみることにした。

はじめまして。Google Formは簡単でいいですよね。
ただ、デフォルトの選択肢は空欄にしたほうがいいと思います。
そのまま送信してしまう可能性がありますので。

Nakajimaさん いつもblogを楽しみに拝見してます。
アンケートですが、既定フォームで選べない内容はコメントに書き込めばＯＫでしょうか？（笑）
iPhoneは 使ってみたい意思はあるのですが、demerit的に使う予定はないと思います。
１ 日本ではSBM(softbank mobile)の他の機種とＳＩＭカードが違う。
２ ＳＭＳが使えない。
３ バッテリーがもたない。
個人的にはシンプルでコンパクトな携帯が好きです。メールと通話のみの使用です。
