あるテニスチームでの会話

最近、近所のスポーツ・クラブのテニス・チームに入って、クラブ対抗戦などをしているのだが、そのメンバーとの会話が結構笑えるので、紹介する。
Satoshi: Hisayo and I have a court on Friday (30th) at 9:15am, and it would be great if another couple could join us. （意訳：うちの夫婦で金曜の朝9:15からコートを取ったんだけど、もう一組カップルが来てくれると試合が出来るんだけど）
James: I can if Michelle can.（ミッシェルが出来るなら行けるけど）
Michelle: I am already playing at Robinswood at the same time....sorry.（ごめん。ちょうどその時間、ロビンスウッド・テニスクラブでテニスをしているから行けないわ）
Tom: If there is a woman to play I am available! （誰か、俺と一緒にプレーしてくれる女性がいるなら喜んで行くけど）
James: I can wear a wig.（俺が、かつらかぶって行こうか？）
Satoshi: That is perfectly fine for us ;-)（それはいいかも）
Maryam: and wear a tennis skirt please ! :))（スカートもはかなきゃダメよ）
James: You know I have a TUTU. （バレリーナ用のスカートなら持ってるけど...）
Tom: I won't be able to play with James in a skirt! :-( long hairy legs are distracting!（スカートをはいたジェームズとはパートナーは組めない。すね毛が気になってプレーできない！）
James: Now I'm feeling uncomfortable. :)（ちょっと傷ついたぞ）
Michelle: You should be focusing on the ball…..not your partner’s legs! With any luck, maybe they will distract your opponent!（トム、ボールに集中しなきゃだめ...パートナーの足なんか見てちゃだめよ。うまくすれば、相手チームの注意をそぐことができるかも知れないわよ）
Tom: Good point…（確かに）
