Very interesting what you are writing here. How do you think that communities like FB, which is pretty much computer oriented and not phone oriented, can profit from iphone etc?
I totally believe that lifelogging on a mobile phone will be much bigger eventually. But then still it is nice to see it at home on a bigger screen.
We have this service to remember loved ones at respectance.com
For me it would mean a lot if people could use their phones to have an even bigger and better experience. Any suggestions?

Because of its power and flexibility, iPhone will certainly help services like FB to help existing users to use iPhone to access their services. The biggest quesiton is "is FB the right type of service for always-connected users?"

I am one of those people who strongly believe that the new and optimized services must be built from scratch to service this completely new lifestyle, just like Instant Messenger did for e-mail (I am a big fan of "Innovator's Dilemma" ;-).

Hi Satoshi, thanks for posting on my blog. I thought this was a really interesting article as well. It's really quite interesting how something popular in Japan and RoW (Rest of world) can differ so much sometimes. good luck with your iphone app. how did you find my blog btw?

Yes and it's free. But you need to upgrade your firarmwe to 2.0 buy plugging in your phone and opening up iTunes and click UPGRADE. It should back up your information and in about 15 minutes you will have the 2.0 and Application store as an icon on your iphone home screen.

Hey Nick!Been using it since release day and both me and my gifrilrend are digging it! One thing I've noticed that I'd love to maybe see implemented in a future version of the app would maybe be a developing section? Took a load of photos at the pub one night last week with a group of friends and obviously there was the waiting time in-between each photo.Maybe when the photo is developing at the bottom you could have a button to send it into a queue to either automatically develop whilst you keep snapping or you go back later on and do a lot of shaking to develop! Anyway keep up the good work! really loving this app and 59p! Bargain.
